Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that a $150 deposit is required to secure and confirm any highlight, balayage, or project appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total on the day of the service. A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits will be non-refundable if changes are made within this time frame.
